Payment & Pricing

All of our rebound books are handcrafted and fully customized. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind item made specifically for you. Design details are finalized through direct communication, and once confirmed, cannot be changed.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Add-ons and upgrades may incur additional charges.

Our standard production time is 4–6 weeks, but may vary depending on order volume and complexity. We will communicate any delays promptly. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

We ship via trusted carriers and provide tracking once your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping providers, but we’ll assist with claims when possible.

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All designs and artwork are the property of our studio and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

We rely on timely communication to complete your order. Failure to respond to design inquiries within 14 days may result in delays or cancellation without refund.
