Because each of our rebound books is a fully customized, one-of-a-kind creation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, but we’re happy to help you file a claim if needed.
